Mediation & Parenting Plans

A mediator serves as a neutral party to assist parents in reaching a parenting agreement. This process can be especially effective in reducing conflict when both parties are open to collaboration. Technology provides tools to streamline the process and create a detailed parenting plan tailored to the family's needs. Mediation is not applicable for cases involving a history of domestic violence, emotional abuse, or situations where there is a significant power imbalance between the parents. The mediator is a neutral party and thus can't provide additional services to either party.
